Assistant of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of World Economics and Politics, Deputy Director of International Finance Research Center Dr He Fan had been present at REOD to give the teachers and graduate students an academic report called on April 4^th 2007. The report starting from the analysis of global economic development trend, focused on the impact of China on the world economy. He said “The world looks at China” and “China’s economy has a full-scale impact on the global economy.” Dr. He also said that the comparative advantage of Chinese scholars studying international economics is to study the issue of China with the standard economic analysis.
